From a full asset protection program, to emergency service with or without preventive maintenance, we will support your in-house needs, whatever your requirements, with a cost-effective service program. You can rely on Mindray to ensure equipment has been thoroughly tested, meets product specifications, and is fully configured for patient use.

Service Agreement Options

We offer the following service agreement options to all direct purchase customers:

Preventive Maintenance Visits: During preventive maintenance visits all covered equipment will undergo operational and functional inspection along with field calibration. All covered equipment is checked for patient safety and a written record of services performed is provided to the customer.

Electrical Safety Inspection Visit: During safety inspection visits all covered equipment will undergo electrical inspection, and a written record of service performed is provided to the customer

Bio-Medical Assistance Programs: Developed specifically to assist customers who maintain our equipment themselves with competently trained Staff.

Basic and Platinum Level Lifecycle Shield Agreements

Today’s patient monitoring solutions are complex systems of common IT components and monitoring devices connected to both dedicated and shared network infrastructures. These systems typically incorporate third-party operating platforms, as well as proprietary clinical applications and algorithm software. A Mindray Lifecycle Shield Agreement (LSA) addresses these crucial software elements putting Mindray customers at ease, by either safeguarding the functionality originally purchased via scheduled software patching and updates (Basic LSA) or by protecting from system obsolescence with annual application and operating system upgrades (Platinum LSA).

Mindray warrants that its products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the number of years shown on the original invoice. During this time Mindray will repair or replace any defective component at no charge for labor and/or materials. This warranty does not cover consumable items such as (but not limited to) batteries and external cables.

Extended Warranty

Mindray offers an extended warranty on all products at point of sale.Value Added – Extended warranties can be purchased for up to 5 years. An extension of an equipment warranty can provide the following advantages:

  • Emergency Service Dispatch – 24/7/365 days dispatch to Mindray factory trained field service engineers
  • Service Repair or Preventive Maintenance – includes all repair parts (except consumables), labor, and travel at no additional charge
  • Equipment history available from time of purchase
  • Software updates
  • Loaners available at no charge
  • Includes all service calls during regular business hours Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. local time, excluding holidays

Post Warranty Service Offerings

Mindray offers an assortment of post-warranty service options allowing each customer to tailor the level of service assistance needed for their organization.  These additional years of service coverage can be purchased at any time and provide a fixed cost of ownership while ensuring the equipment is properly maintained.

Repair Center

Our Repair Center is located in Mahwah, New Jersey. This location is staffed with a team of professional service specialists, providing Mail-In Service, Replacement/Repair Parts or Loaner Equipment.

(H2) Replacement/Repair Parts We only use Mindray certified replacement parts, diagnostic software, preventive maintenance kits and accessories.

Loan and Rental Equipment

In the event customer equipment cannot be repaired on-site, loaner equipment is available for most products. This allows the customer to continue to provide services while equipment is being repaired. There is no charge for loaners while a product is under warranty or contract. EOL Notices

Mindray is committed to supporting products for as long as feasible, maximizing the benefit to our customers for their capital investments. Mindray will provide you with advance notice when your product is reaching its end of service life and we can no longer provide service parts for your equipment. To minimize disruption, we offer numerous programs to assist you in replacing your equipment with the latest technology.
