COVID-19 Response
Mindray in Action to Combat COVID-19
The COVID-19 pandemic has us all facing unchartered territory; during these unprecedented times, we must each determine our role. As a global medical technology leader, we see it as our responsibility to, first and foremost, support those dedicated providers serving on the front lines.
As healthcare facilities nationwide activate their emergency preparedness plans and assess immediate needs regarding medical equipment, Mindray North America remains poised and ready to assist. In anticipation of the uptake in patients requiring immediate evaluation and treatment, we have proactively increased our supply of product, specifically our complete portfolio of patient monitors, point-of-care ultrasound devices and associated consumables.
In addition to meeting equipment needs, we are also prepared to redirect our technical and clinical resources to address immediate training and installation requirements. Our dedicated field service teams are prepared to shift their efforts to regions experiencing the most dire needs. Additionally, our highly experienced team of clinical education specialists are prepared with remote learning tools to provide the critical product training and in-servicing required to successfully activate emergency preparedness plans. As always, our in-house technical support team remains available 24/7 to ensure all telephone and email inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.
We see our role in combating COVID-19 as relating directly back to our mission –
to make the most advanced healthcare technology attainable to all.
